PROJECTS / RESIDENCIAL BUILDINGS / Cube Apartments in Heraklion

Five-storey high block of flats in the city of Heraklion. The narrow facade created the need for a design that would make the building look larger and non-monolithic. As a result, small cuboid shapes projecting from the main form were designed to create a sequence of empty and filled space. The use of timber and thin metal-framed canopies add extra lightness to the building.
